If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy is designed with your convenience in mind.
Quick Policy Summary: You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags. Return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for return.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, unassembled, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- You must have your original order number and proof of purchase.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories and the nature of furniture retail, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
- Mattresses & Bedding (if sold as part of Beds or Bedroom Furniture sets)
- Custom or Made-to-Order furniture pieces (clearly indicated at purchase)
- Final Sale items (clearly marked during sales or promotions)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or accidents.
- Products missing serial numbers, tags, or original packaging.

2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
1 Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery. Please use the email template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
2 Receive Authorization & Instructions
Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions within 2 business days. Do not ship the item back without an RMA number.
3 Pack & Ship the Item
Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories. Attach the provided RMA label clearly on the outside of the box. For exchanges, please indicate your desired replacement item.
4 Shipment & Tracking
Ship the package using a trackable carrier service. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt until the process is complete. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
5 Inspection & Completion
Once we receive and inspect the item (within 5-7 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or the shipment of your exchange.
3. Refund Timeline & Method
Upon approval of your return:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
- Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s policies, but typically appears within 3-5 additional business days.
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply for returns not due to defect or error (typically 15% of the item price).
4. Exchange Process
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please specify the desired replacement item (from our current stock) in your initial request. If the exchange item differs in price, we will process a partial refund or charge the difference once your return is approved. Shipping fees for the new item will apply.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Do not assemble it.
- Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or return at no cost to you, including prepaid return shipping if necessary.
