Returns & Exchanges Policy

- Mattresses & Bedding: For hygiene reasons, these items are final sale if sold as part of Beds or Bedroom Furniture sets.

2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
1 Initiate Your Request

2 Receive Authorization & Instructions
We will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions within 2 business days. Do not ship the item back without an RMA.
3 Pack & Ship the Item
Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all parts and accessories. Attach the provided RMA label clearly on the outside of the box. For exchanges, specify your desired replacement item.
4 Shipment & Tracking
Ship the package using a trackable carrier service. Keep your shipping receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5 Inspection & Completion
